Wine and special pairings to share a unique moment together: this is Ugolini Vini’s Vinitaly!
For eleven editions, Vinitaly has been a true celebration for Ugolini Vini—a special occasion to reconnect with long-time friends, meet new ones, and share the joy of conviviality, even in the vibrant chaos of the fair.
For us, conviviality means toasting together with a glass of Valpolicella, paired with dishes that enhance the elegance of Ugolini wines. This year again, our stand became the stage for extraordinary experiences: the classic Risotto all’Amarone e al Recioto marked each day of Vinitaly, but it was thanks to our collaboration with Non Solo Vino that we welcomed, between our stand and that of Sensòria, exceptional guests who turned every bite into a lasting memory.
From the creativity of Chef Mattia Bianchi of Villa Amistà, who reimagined Chirashi with an Italian twist, to the refined caviar risotto by the chefs of Bolle Restaurant; from the iconic tortellini of Ristorante Alla Borsa, to the beloved spaghetti with shellfish sauce from Osteria da Italo, and the surprising creations by Mr Food Italia—every dish was a celebration of flavors and stories.
But the party didn’t stop there. Our Recioto della Valpolicella Classica DOCG “Valle Lena” took on new life in two exclusive cocktails, crafted especially for the occasion by Zest Lounge Bar—a unique and unexpected way to discover our wine.
And of course, what truly made this edition so special was you: old friends, new faces, curious explorers, passionate wine lovers, fellow professionals. Without you, none of this would have had the same flavor.
Our eleventh Vinitaly was intense, emotional, and unforgettable. And now—we can’t wait for 2026!
